RULES BELOW!!!! Hey guys! I made and played a drinking game for fun. I had a really good time making this game AND this video so I hope you enjoy! If you did give it a big thumbs up so I will feel good about myself :)
PILGRIMAGE TO SESHLEHEM:
1-8 players (you can play on your own too I guess…)
Aim Collect 7 tokens to enter Seshlehem.
Set up Dice - use one dice to roll. Miniatures - (the things you move across the board) go to START. Cards - separate the piles by colour and keep the tokens separate from those piles. Tip - put the board in a frame or laminate it to avoid it getting destroyed in the first 5 minutes by that one friend!
Movement Dice - players can move forwards or backwards the number of tiles that are on the dice when rolled. Teleportation - players can teleport with a white card that specifies teleportation to a specific or chosen zone or by drinking a pint (they can then move their miniature to any zone). Beer tokens - collect the tokens by passing it with your miniature.
Ways to play Every man for themselves - every player has their own miniature and has to collect all 7 beer tokens before they can enter Seshlehem where they win. All for one and one for all - every player joins together as one team to win against the game. Alliance - multiple teams play against each other to be the first into Seshlehem.
Variants for the TEAM game EASY - play with one miniature for the whole team and take turns rolling the dice. Collect tokens and white cards as a collective. MEDIUM - don’t sit on the fence pick easy or hard! HARD - every player has their own miniature. Every player collects tokens and white cards for themselves. Only once all team members have entered Seshlehem do you win.
The board Zones - each zone has its own colour set of cards and increase with difficulty as they go. Spillages - the brown splotches are beer spillages and if your miniature lands on it you lose a beer token.
Cards Coloured - you pick up one of these if you land on a tile of that colour. These cards must be completed by the person who landed on the tile (in single miniature team games the card must be completed by the current player having their turn). These cards must be completed immediately before the game can move on. E.g. select a drinking buddy to drink with you whilst you are in this zone. Picked them? Great! 4 fingers. Black - you pick up one of these if you land on a black tile. These cards can be completed by any player or all players (in multiple team games these cards must be completed by someone on YOUR team). Any players in Seshlehem cannot complete or take part in the cards. These cards must be completed immediately before the game can move on. E.g. Think of a number and roll the dice. If it lands on any other number, finish your pint. White - you pick up one of these if you land on a white tile. These cards belong to the miniature that landed on the tile (for team games see Variants). These cards can be used whenever the owner would like to use it but, once used, the card is lost. Also note that any white cards held by a miniature in Seshlehem are also lost and unusable. E.g. ignore black card
Making the game!! Have fun, be creative and make up your own cards, board and maybe even some new rules! Or just come up with a completely different game all together….I won’t be offended! Ok, maybe a little.
The classic drinking games you often play can get so tiresome because they are overly basic! I decided to use my time in lockdown to design and create a superior drinking board game before playing it with my household and getting rather drunk!
