AVOIDING TEACHER BURNOUT in 2023

OMG, 2023 is officially here and it’s already been so crazy.

As you may or may not know, I shared on my YouTube channel that I had an eye injury and have been unable to see for the last 2.5 weeks.

As you can imagine, this has truly impacted me throughout the holidays and preparing for 2023. In fact, I’m still regaining my vision slowly but surely.

Because of this, I’ve been unable to record videos as my eyes are super sensitive to light.

However, this has not stopped my willingness to help you succeed.

During this time of year, you may also be feeling overwhelmed or flustered. You may be sitting there hoping that you can just go back to winter break.

You can continue this new year with that same energy.

OR...

You can do something to make sure that this is your best year yet.

During these last few weeks, I have felt compelled to help you not only prepare for 2023, but also set your goals and visions for your life and your classroom. (Vision Board Party LOL)

Let this year be the first year that you don’t experience burnout.

Let this year be the first year that you teach reading with confidence.

Let this year be the first year that you actually feel supported.

SO...

Let’s restart. refresh, and regroup so that this year can be the year you make the biggest impact with the smallest amount of stress.
