Ultimately, I suggest three options: confronting the person and having an open conversation, ignoring them and trying to work around them, or considering whether it's time to move on. I emphasize that only the individual and God know the right answer in these situations. I share examples of how fight, freeze, or flight responses can be used, and advise caution in making impulsive decisions.
