Queen of Hearts Valentine Couples Game instructions. Divide your group into teams of two. Give each player a plastic cup and each team a deck of shuffled cards. On the count of "go," players begin flipping their cups. When a player successfully flips a cup, they flip a card face up. If the card is the Queen of Hearts, that player wins.
