First things first, try to sit down with this parent in your office and have an open conversation. Consider involving your children's council or family council, if you have one. You can also bring your concerns to your pastor or the relevant committee in your church. Lastly, it's not uncommon for people to act nice to your face but be unchristian behind your back.
