My FaceBook feed was post after post about the Pastor who was not just leaving his church but all churches. Rev. Alexander Lang wrote an blog post exposing the difficulties of Pastors that the average pew sitter doesn't want to hear or doesn't know they need to hear Rev. Lang's blogpost mirrors the experience of many ministers in many churches. Although I am not ordained, my career as been to minister to children and their families for 15 years.
