I'm not entirely sure under which circumstances I might find myself doing a free speech rush, but now I am kinda curious. I feel like Intelligentsia would probably be the easiest to get up and going and keep throughout the entire game due to the way their pop types stick around and are available early. What do you think? Free Speech meta? Or do you sacrifice too much by giving up on the economic strength of authority and, therefore, consumption taxes?
