Great way to get students or coworkers to work together for a team building exercise. Gets them up and moving around and trying to complete a difficult, yet fun, task!

It's very simple to set up and always gets my students laughing and working together. I also usually add a few variations such as 1) Complete the task without talking, or 2) Build a tower rather than a pyramid. All you need are plastic cups, one regular size rubber band, and four pieces of string (about 2 feet in length) for each group of four.
